Can I pick my own colour?

Yes! If you cannot find the colour you're after on our website, please email us and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

What is the lead time?

All of our products are handmade and bespoke. Therefore the lead time varies depending on your needs. Please email us your requirements and we will confirm our best possible lead time.

Why are there no prices on the website?

As our products are bespoke and tailored to your requirements, we unfortunately cannot put the prices on our website. However, you can email us your requirements and we will send you a quote.

Returns Policy

Due to the products being bespoke, we have no returns policy. A sample image will be emailed to approve and only then we will continue to work.

Faulty goods will be refunded (including return postage cost) once returned back to us

What are the payment terms?

Once we have all the information required, we will send you a quote.

After you have reviewed the estimate and decide that you would like to proceed, we'll send you an invoice with the T&Cs -this will outline the details of your project and request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin designing.

We'll provide a final, print-ready proof for your review. This is when you check closely for correct spelling and details. We require approval of the final proof by a written statement via email. At the time of your design approval, your balance is due.
